Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats Recipe:
- 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
-  2/3 cup milk (I use almond milk plus protein)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Toasted pepitas, toasted shredded coconut, cacao nibs, almond butter, sliced banana for topping (optional)

1. In a glass jar or airtight container, combine the whole rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, yoghurt, raspberries, and a pinch of salt.
2. Stir the mixture well until everything is evenly combined.
3. Cover the jar or container with a lid and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 4-6 hours. This allows the oats to soak up the liquid and soften.
4. The next morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of milk.
5. Top the oats with your favorite fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds for added texture and flavour.
6. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious Overnight Oats straight from the fridge!
